Payment

I accept a number of forms of payment through my invoicing system including Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal and, of course, actual cash for in-person face to face events.

I am now also offering PayPal's "Bill Me Later" financing option.

Shipping

General: Shipping in the USA is via USPS First Class Mail for items under $40.00 and USPS Priority Mail for items over $40.00 with insurance. For special Express Priority Mail, please contact me to arrange that. Works of art on canvas and other large work that require special shipping methods are charged according to their costs on a piece by piece basis.

International shipping is via USPS International First Class with optional insurance extra. Please be aware that you are responsible for all customs and other duties and taxes your country places on incoming items. I also cannot be responsible for damage done by customs agents.

I ship within 48 hours of payment clearing except for holidays and any days the Post Office is closed.

Guarantee

I want you to be delighted with the art you purchase from me. Returns on purchases made in the USA can be made for a period of up to one (1) year after date of receipt (defined as the date the Post Office states the delivery to you was made) as long as the item is in the same pristine condition as when bought. Returns will be for credit towards future purchases or an exchange and will not include shipping or shipping related fees, nor taxes. Return shipping and insurance (required for items valued at or above $40.00 USD) costs are also to be borne by the customer.) But please contact me first - tell me why you are returning it. I want to work with you to ensure your purchases are perfect. Further, no refund will be made without this pre-authorization.

Fine art can be traded at any time for a higher priced piece with the trade-in value to be determined by condition. If there is no wear the trade-in value will be 50% of the price paid (before taxes and shipping).

I will repair any jewelry item at no cost for a period of up to one year from date of purchase should there be any flaw in the construction. Repairs after this time will incur charges (free estimate first, of course). Other modifications, for example, lengthening a necklace, are handled on a case by case basis. I will, of course, give a free estimate for the cost of modifications if such are possible.

Connecticut Sales Tax

Connecticut residents must pay 6.35% sales tax on their purchases.
