I am proud of my art and want you to be happy with it. Returns on purchases made in the USA can be made for a period of up to one (1) year after date of receipt (defined as the date the Post Office states the delivery to you was made) as long as the item is in the same pristine condition as when bought. Returns will be for credit towards future purchases or an exchange and will not include shipping or shipping related fees. Return shipping and insurance (required for items valued at or above $40.00 USD) costs are also to be borne by the customer.) But please contact me first - tell me why you are returning it. I want to work with you to ensure your purchases are perfect. Please be aware that no refund will be made without this pre-authorization.
My art can be traded in as partial payment on a different piece. Contact me for details.
I will repair any item for a period of up to one year from date of purchase should there be any flaw in the construction. Other modifications, such as enlarging the size of the piece, are handled on a case by case basis. I will, of course, give a free estimate for the cost of modifications if such are possible.
