This is a very early 20th century pot metal dress clip. There is some wear, it is, after all, a very old piece. However it is not enough to deter from the beauty of the piece. The rhinestones are all perfect!. The clip mechanism, which is itself decorated with scrollwork, works as designed and holds securely.
