New Year 2006

What a busy time it has been! I can’t believe it’s already the middle of the first month! And I have not posted anything since 22 November!

My shows were fun and kept me busy. For the holiday break, I went up to Connecticut to visit family. Now I’m back and I’m working hard to catch up on my website, my newest designs, and everything else that goes into being an artist — and yes, that means taxes too!

My bridal pieces and the new line of slender tubular netting necklaces (perfect gifts for anytime!) are in the works. I sold all but one of the new slender tubular netting necklaces even before I could get them scanned. You can see some of these very unique handmade gifts with more coming shortly.

For those of you in the Maryland and Connecticut areas, I’d like to invite you to host a trunk show in your home. Of course there are benefits for you and your friends. You get to try on really cool one of a kind jewelry, naturally. But as well, the hostess receives a gift and a coupon worth 10% of the sales I make that she can use to offset her own purchases. I also will be available to teach a class on weaving in a variation of the style of my Shawl Style Earrings such as Black Diamond – Sea Foam for up to four people. Contact me for more information.
